James River Chapter STC will host our annual business meeting on Wednesday evening, September 26, beginning at 6:30 P.M. The agenda includes:
- Presentation and discussion of the Strategic Plan
- Presentation and discussion of the Membership Plan
- Presentation and discussion of the Programming Plan
- “The James River STC Employment Tool”
- Treasurer's Report
- State of the Chapter Report

This is an online meeting; the requirements to login will be posted on the Forum shortly. ComSys IT in Richmond is our host for this meeting; those members who live in the area or who will be in Richmond at the time are invited and encouraged to come in and meet with us, too.

Well, for those who participate online. Why? Because we pay for the toll-free lines that we'll use for the meeting. For that reason, you should make your reservation to participate. If You Meet with Us at ComSys IT…
Plan to arrive by or before 6:30 P.M. The doors are controlled by access key cards; we have no cards to provide. So, we'll be able to meet and greet you (and let you into the building) but only up to the time the meeting starts.
