Thank you to all who participated in the 2008-2009 STC JRC elections. Your participation enabled chapter continuity to position for revitalization. Welcome your new 2008—2009 STC JRC Officers:

President Cynthia Curl cynthia2.pngCynthia served as Vice-President of the James River Chapter in 2007 and assumed the role of President after Don White resigned. Cynthia is employed as a Functional Analyst for CIBER, Inc. She is a former member of the STC Lone Star Chapter in Texas and was the manager for its Job Bank. As President she will continue the work begun by the Admin Board to help revitalize the chapter.
Vice President Brent Hoard brent2.pngBrent was the 2007–2008 James River Chapter Program Chairman. He is the Webmaster at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia and started his affiliation with STC in 2002 as a student member of the Mercer University STC Chapter. He is now a senior member of the James River Chapter, and he plans to continue to serve as program chairman as well as Vice-President.
Secretary Annaliese Beck annalise2.pngAnnalise was the Membership Chairman for the James River Chapter in 2007–2008. She is employed as a technical writer for CIBER, Inc. and is a Senior Member of STC. She has served several other Chapters in various capacities.
Treasurer Linda Bollinger Linda is returning as Treasurer for the James River Chapter of STC from 2007–2008. She is employed as a Technical Writer/Editor at TekSystems, a contractor to Northrop Grumman's Consumer State and Local Business group and has been an STC member since November 2006.
