Thanks for all your hard work! I wanted to post this rather than wait for a call because I thought others might commiserate or have different ideas. I like the idea of a mini-conference, although an overnight event might be a harder sell. I'm a parent of two youngsters, so nights away or even getting in on nighttime phone conferences is hard. A full day's event, though, would be much more appealing and an excellent chance to meet and learn.
Authors retain copyright to their material but grant a license to this Chapter to publish their articles and allow this and other STC publications to reprint them without permission. Abstracting is permitted with credit to the source.
